As we all know there are no vaccines right now for Coronavirus. You must be thinking what should we do for our health and how to be safe during this pandemic. Well, the answer is by making our immune system stronger. Now you must be thinking why? Well, the immune system defends our body against infection. It means helps to fight against Covid19, an infectious disease caused by the virus.
To save ourselves from coronavirus we need a strong immune system and to make it strong we should eat more vegetables and fruits as compared to meat. Vegetable and fruits will give a boost to your immune system. When the meat is grill fried or barbeque it releases gases which are harmful to our body.
In the book, How not to die the writer suggested that one should avoid buying homes or living near hotels as it releases gases after cooking meat which is harmful for human beings.

Actually, vegans are just like you and me, the only difference is their eating habits. Why according to industries and society it’s good to love dogs and cats on contradictory okay to eat pigs and many innocent animals.
Vegans are individuals who avoid animal products for ethical, health, or environmental reasons — or a combination of the three.
Instead of meat and dairy products, they eat plant-based diet including fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grain, seeds, nuts and product made from these foods.
Vegan diets are brilliant in the way they benefit the environment, society and animals. Let’s see how:
Animal agriculture is the second leading cause of climate change. The role of animal agriculture in cancer, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, Alzheimer is huge. Some of the leading health and nutrition organizations in the world declared that a well planned plant-based diet will dramatically reduce your chance of having heart attack, cancer, diabetes, kidney diseases. The 75% of antibiotic resistance is a result of animal agriculture because the animals on factory farms are treated so badly and they’re so sick that the only thing keeping them alive is mega doses of antibiotics. The fact that 90% of rainforest deforestation is attributable to animal agriculture. Fifty per cent of ocean acidification comes from animal agriculture. It is also responsible for 91% of Amazon’s destruction.
World hunger is a huge problem. 30% of the global land area we use to grow grains to feed animals. For every half kg of grain and soybeans that are fed to animals, only a fraction is returned in the form of edible flesh, so that means that we are very inefficient with these foods. These foods can be used more efficiently when we feed them directly to humans. It is unfair to make food this way while people are starving.
People having diabetes and heart diseases are more venerable to coronavirus so they should follow plant based diet for better immunity system.
What you eat affect your cardiovascular health. Some foods can cause the body to make cholesterol in excess. Cholesterol can combine with fat, calcium, and other substances in the blood to form plaque. This build-up of plaque, a condition called atherosclerosis, can lead to heart disease, heart attack and stroke. Meat contributes to arterial plaque because of its saturated fat content. Saturated fat increases your cholesterol levels which boosts the “bad” cholesterol.
Comparison of Atherosclerosis among vegans and non vegans
The society is trying to manipulate our conscience, makes us behave in a way that goes against humanity and monetize the destruction of our health.
A plant based diet is low in fat, cholesterol, salt, sugar and by stop eating meat and animal products. As a result plant-based diet is associated with a lower incidence of coronary artery disease.
The aim of plant-based diet is to intake maximum amount of nutritional plant based foods and minimize the intake of processed foods and animal based foods. Studies have shown that by following plant based diet it can be effective in treatment of heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and obesity.
It means you just have to do few changes in your diet by having plant based diet and you’re immunity will be increased and diseases like heart diseases, stroke, diabetes will decrease.

Now , you know what to do if you want to live a healthy life .Dairy and meat industries took 20 years to make us believe that animal products is good for health but actually they are not. But still it’s not late , we can start our vegan diet now , special part of vegan diet is we can make it at home easily. So, what are we waiting for? Another pandemic? Of course not, animal products are not addiction which is hard to leave , we can go vegan now save environment , our health and most importantly animals.
